SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We charge our customers “Actual Shipping Costs”. We DO NOT add handling charges. The cost of shipping your order is dependent upon the size and weight of the item(s) and the distance the order is shipping.All orders are processed, packed and shipped as soon as possible. Most orders received by 12:00 pm (EST) will ship the same day. Great pride is taken in pulling, packing and shipping your orders. We recognize the importance of your orders arriving at your door in a timely fashion and in great shape.Once your order is shipped you will receive an email containing a tracking# for your order. You can check your order status/history by log in to your account.Most small orders (under 3 lbs) will ship USPS. Most orders over 3 lbs. will ship UPS Ground Service or Fed EX. UPS will not deliver to PO Box Address. Contact us if you need your order to ship to a Box#.Overnight Express Mail service is available. Contact us for rates and service options.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. The arrival time of your order is dependent on the country you live in as well as the shipping service used. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know their own country’s rules and laws regarding any item purchased as we cannot keep up with the ever changing laws and regulations throughout the world. We cannot and will not guarantee against customs seizure of any products. The buyer will be responsible for any taxes and tariffs that may be involved.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: In the event your package is returned to us as unclaimed, refused, undeliverable as addressed, attempted not known, etc. by the post office, you will be responsible for us to reship your package. If you wish to cancel your order due to this occurrence, you will only be refunded for the cost of the purchase price as we do not reimburse shipping charges.

DAMAGED GOODS: In the event that your order arrives damaged during the shipping process, please contact the shipping company (Fed Ex, UPS) immediately to file a claim. It is important that you keep the box the items were shipped in because they may send a representative to review the claim. If the shipping company is unable to process the claim, please contact us to inform us of the situation and we will do our best to assist you with the claim. We will be unable to help you if you have not already placed a claim with the shipping company. Once the claim is settled by the shipping service we can replace your damaged item according to the outcome of the claim.

AIRSOFT GUNS: You MUST be 18 years of age or older to purchase Airsoft guns. A permanent blaze orange marking at the front end of all Airsoft products is a federal requirement for product distinction, and all of our products comply with this law. Any modification to this orange marking is against the law.

ALL PRODUCTS: By purchasing any item from us, the buyer expressly warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the item. It shall be the buyer's responsibility to comply with all Federal, State and Local laws governing the sales of any items listed, illustrated or sold. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and holds us harmless for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, or use of the item in violation of applicable Federal, State and Local laws or regulation.


RETURNS

Grab Some Fun stands behind the products we sell. If you are not happy with your purchase or received a defective item please contact us immediately to inform us of the problem. Defective items must be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

RETURNING A NEW UNOPENED PRODUCT

We allow customers to return any item within 60 days of purchase that is new, still in the box, and never been opened, but in most cases the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee and will be required to pay all shipping fees.

The product must be unopened and in its original sealed package. The customer must inform us of the return and obtain a return authorization number (RA#). There will be no refund for items returned without an RA#. The refund will be credited to the customer within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. The payment will be refunded by the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot return the original and return shipping charges. If free shipping was offered for your order the actual shipping cost incurred to us by the shipping service will be deducted from your store credit.

RETURNING AN OPENED PRODUCT

If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased and have already opened it and or used it you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please understand there will be a 30% processing / restocking fee as long as it is in new, working, restockable condition.

All returns must have all the original parts, accessories, and packaging, this is very important to ensure your return gets processed without problems. Claims will not be processed on returns that have been misused, abused, altered, dropped or worked on.

RETURNING A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

We offer a 30 day warranty on all products we sell. All products are guaranteed to arrive intact and in proper working condition. If you feel you have received a defective item please first contact our support at 423-391-0121. We may be able to trouble shoot and resolve the issue over the phone and avoid a costly and time consuming return. If the product is still deemed to be defective after troubleshooting has failed to resolve the issue, you may send the item back to us within 30 days of purchase for repair or replacement. Depending on the severity of the issue our technician will diagnose and repair the product. If we are unable to repair the item a new replacement will be shipped to you at no cost.

We will not process returns that have been misused, abused, altered, dropped or worked on.

Any attempts to repair the item yourself before contacting customer support will void any warranty.

What voids the warranty:

Using cheap, inferior grade BBs (.12g BBs type) in an AEG will not only provide inadequate performance and problems it will void the warranty as well.

Attempting to work on a defective item before contacting customer support voids any warranties. If you have a problem with an item contact support first before trying to work on it.

Misused, abused, altered or dropped items will not be covered under the warranty. The warranty covers items that have been used under normal operating conditions ONLY.

What’s not covered under the warranty:

External parts on AEGs are not covered under the warranty unless they were defective out-of-the-box. You must contact customer support immediately upon receiving your AEG if there are any issues with the external parts.

Rechargeable Batteries are not covered since they can be easily overcharged and ruined.
